Recommended Usage

For Hair: Add a small amount onto hair and spread evenly and leave in. As a hot oil treatment apply with heat and leave on covered in a cap for 30 min. Rinse off after use. For Skin: Simply apply oil directly to skin area and massage. Repeated daily use helps achieve best results.
